Training, eating, studying and sleeping on one site, so nobody spends the week travelling to practice.
The residence was built for high-performance athletes on medium and long stays, in football, swimming, rugby, triathlon and tennis. The day is arranged around training rather than around a reception desk. Meals land when sessions end, the gates are managed, and the walk to the courts is five minutes.
Our players stay in it on camp weeks, signature weeks, pre-season blocks and through the full-time year.
Brand new, opened October 2026 The aerial footage of the building is real. Everything else on this page is the architect’s renders, and we are replacing them with photographs of the finished rooms as soon as we have them.
Six room types, so a squad travelling together and a professional who needs to sleep properly can both be housed without a compromise.

An apartment with a double bed and a double sofa bed, for a coach, a parent travelling with a player, or anyone on a long stay who needs independence. Or a twin with two single beds, for players who want privacy and a routine they control.
Coaches · staff · parents · long staysOne single bed and one bunk, for small groups training together who want a balance between privacy and living alongside the people they train with.
Players travelling in twos and threesTwo bunk beds, for teams, academies and camp weeks. The extra-long version runs beds of 2.10 metres, which matters more than people expect once players are over six foot.
Camp weeks · squads · taller playersAdapted rooms with two single beds, for players or staff who need step-free access and an adapted bathroom. Tell us on booking and we hold one.
Adapted bathroom · step-freeA dining hall with a sports nutrition focus rather than a hotel buffet. Meals are prepared fresh on site each day and timed around sessions, so a player finishing at seven is not eating what was put out at six.
Staff supervise meal times, which is the only reason they hold. Allergies and dietary needs are handled on booking, so tell us when you book rather than when you arrive.
Players on our programme are doing school alongside training, and professionals on a block still have a season to run. The building is set up for both, and for the hours in between.
A ground floor reception and lounge to land in, individual pods with a desk and a screen for lessons and calls, and a shared room with long tables for group work. Meeting rooms are available when a team needs to sit down and plan properly.

Supervision is built around the group that is coming. Tell us the ages and who is travelling, and we arrange what the week needs.
TTA staff stay in the residence in their own rooms, move with the group between the residence and the courts, and account for every player by name at each meal and each session.
Same sex and similar age, never with anyone from outside the group. If a week cannot be staffed to that standard, we do not run it.
Our players room togetherMeal times are supervised by our staff. Young players who would otherwise skip breakfast and train on nothing do not get the option. Allergies and dietary needs are handled on booking.
Breakfast, lunch and dinnerPlayers doing school online have somewhere quiet to do it, with the timetable built around training rather than squeezed in after it.
Study pods and a shared roomSafeguarding is handled by Tania Chaikovskaya, our designated child protection delegate. Ask us for the policy and we will send it.
The residence sits on the same site as seven hard courts, two gyms, the athletics track and the pools. The beach is a five minute walk. The three red clay courts are at Chayofa, fifteen minutes away.
Tenerife South airport is fifteen minutes by road, which is the part visiting families tend to find hard to believe.
Camp weeks go to the residence. Longer training blocks and in-season players go to the player house instead, which is a house rather than a campus, with our own staff living in it.
It is also where we put in-season players who are too young to be at the residence unmonitored, whatever the length of their stay.
Send the dates, the number of players and whether coaches or parents are travelling, and we will tell you what is available and what it costs.
Every visit is built around the player, so it is arranged directly with Kris. Call the office on +34 922 729 691 or email info@tenerifeta.com and ask for Kris Gray’s direct contact.
