One week at a time, during the traditional school holidays, covering every area of the game inside that week.
Arrive on the Sunday, train Monday to Saturday, go home on the Saturday having done a professional week. Seventeen and a half hours of tennis and seven and a half of physical work, groups matched by level rather than by age, and a written report at the end so the work carries on at home.
Juniors who already compete or train regularly at home and want a block of real volume. Players thinking about full time who want to feel the week before committing to a year. And families on the island who want the tennis handled properly while they are here.
The full week is twelve and over. Younger players from eight train on a shorter programme built for their age, so ask and we will tell you which one fits. Adults have weeks of their own and are never put in with the children.
A holiday camp is designed for a one week at a time training week, where we cover all areas of the game within the one week. These weeks are set during traditional school holidays in October, Christmas and New Year, Easter, and the summer.
We train in the morning. Visitors then go back to the residence to rest, eat and recover, and prepare for the second session, which is in the afternoon.
Two hours tennis and one hour physical. Intense, with a lot of ball striking, mixed between live drills and basket drills. The morning physical is the main session of the day: speed, agility, strength, power or resistance, depending on the day.
The morning theme taken into the game situation, practising point situations with other players of your level. Afternoon fitness is recovery and prevention: core strength, balance, mobility and stretching.
High repetition, drills, volume training. During this time we arrange the courts and groups to the most suitable levels. Spanish drills, from the basket, and fixed pattern training.
Introduce the serve, return and first ball. Target practice, variety of spins, first and second serve. Return quality, and some tactical and technical development.
Conditioned points with pattern and play, using serve and return. Full sets or a UTR match if possible.
Approach and volley, covering the net, variety of approaches. Closed training to start, building into live situation points, with the various ways we can transition. Includes drive volleys and smashing.
Court positioning, doubles tactically specific drills, and pattern of play. The afternoon includes playing some open doubles in a Davis Cup or team style format.
Beach fitness, and depending on the camp week, a UTR matchplay.
Arrival day for the week ahead, or the day you head home.
Two training sessions a day, with the hours between them for eating, resting and recovering. The same shape every day from Monday to Saturday.
Airport pick ups are arranged with the academy coordinator.
Two sessions, with the heat of the day kept for rest and recovery.
Players staying more than one week get a matchplay event on the middle Saturday, plus an external trip: the water park, the beach, or karting.
Arrive Sunday afternoon, train Monday to Saturday, leave after the final session. Weeks close as they fill, and every week is €520 training only or €1,800 staying with us, before IGIC.

The full programme, tennis and fitness both. For players already on the island, or travelling with a parent: you arrange where you stay, we look after the training.
Everything in the training-only week, plus a bed, every meal and an adult with the group from the airport to the departure lounge.
A week runs once it reaches its minimum group. If your week does not reach it, we will offer you another week or refund you in full. We will always tell you before you travel, never after.
Not included. Flights and health insurance. Extras are taken during rest times or at the weekend, never instead of a session. Nothing is charged without asking you first.
A member of the academy team waits in arrivals at Tenerife South with the academy van. No taxis for you to book. Fifteen minutes later they are checked in.
Coaching and support staff are with the players through the training day and in the evening. Every camp week has a named coordinator and you have one direct contact for the whole stay.
Full board, fresh meals prepared on site and built around the energy demands of the week. Staff sit at the table, so meal times hold. Allergies and dietary needs are handled on booking.
Small, and matched by level rather than by age, with a coach on the court for the whole session. Groups are set after the first session on what we see, and a player in the wrong group on Monday is moved by Tuesday.
It happens, usually on the second night. We tell you the same day rather than hoping it passes, they call you from somewhere quiet, and we fill the unstructured time and pair them with a player who has been here before. If it does not lift we say so and help you get them home.
Yes. The camp coordinator is your contact for the whole stay, and you get their number before your child travels.
One reply from a person who coaches here, not a brochure.
